- This evening I made a batch of horrible looking cookies! They were so FLAT and reminded me of pancakes....

Aw, come on, Heather! You forgot to say that the cookies were DELICIOUS! We are very glad you were willing to make them. I can't wait to eat up the leftovers for lunch. Hope you make more soon! Or maybe we can just eat the dough next time, and save you lots of work. :):)
And I'm so thrilled for your sake that that laptop finally got here!
