Cookie Dough Truffles

No-Bake Cookie Dough Truffles


  • 1 C. soft butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (I would recommend less sugar)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 6 oz. package mini chocolate chips
  • 1lb. package of chocolate candy coating

    Cream butter and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand. Roll into bite-size balls. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes (I put my dough balls on a cookie sheet and it in the freeze). Melt chocolate coating and dip cold cookie dough balls into bowl and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper until chocolate hardens. Store truffles in fridge in plastic container.
